1) How do i open an account with you?

Ans. You can click https://store.technotrade.in/account/register this link or go on the home page of our website and click Create account. Fill a short form and your account will open.

2) How do i connect with you?

Ans. Go to the home page of our website there are two options one is Watsapp and another one is Chat with us by using these options you can connect with us.

3) Do you charge shipping amount?

Ans. Yes, we charge shipping amount according to your package weight and shipping location distance .

4) How do i track my order?

Ans. Once your order shipped from our warehouse you will receive a SMS and a mail containing all the shipping information. For example Tracking No. and Courier Name.

5) Is it mandatory to register before placing an order?

Ans. Yes, it is mandatory to register before placing an order . You can create an account on our website by entering and verifying your email ID and phone number. So, we can connect with you .

6) Does Technotrade Associates deliver products outside India?

Ans. No, we only deliver across the India. we are not having International shipping facility right now.

7) How do I know if my Order is confirmed?

Ans. Post successful payment of the order, you will receive a confirmation on both your registered email address and mobile number. Alternatively, you can check the current status of your order(s) here .

8) What's the minimum order value required to place an order?

Ans. To place an order, minimum order value of Rs. 500 or more is required (Excluding Shipping charges, Taxes or value reduced after application of coupons or any other offer).

9) How do I receive a copy of my invoice?

Ans. Once the order(s) is placed by you, at is delivered to you, you will get the Invoice on the registered Email ID.

10) How are the products packaged?

 Ans. Each of the individual products are securely packaged in bubble wrap and put into a box. The box is sealed well ensuring a safe delivery to your doorstep.

11) Can I ship different items in my order to different shipping addresses?

Ans. We can only process one shipping address per order. So, if you would like to order several items and ship to different people, please treat these as separate orders.

12) What is GST?

Ans. GST means Goods and Service Tax. It is a single indirect tax on the sale of goods and services throughout India. GST is applicable w.e.f. 1st July, 2017.

13) How GST amount is calculated over and above the discounted price?

Ans. GST is calculated on the basis of rates mentioned under GST laws for each category of product, customer location and the applicable discount on the product at the time of purchase.

14) Do I have to pay GST on purchase of Gift Certificate & Guaranteed Savings Offer?

Ans. No. GST is not charged from customers on buying Gift Certificates and Guaranteed Savings Offer.

15) Will my GST amount be refunded on Order Cancellation and Returns?

Ans. Yes. GST amount collected will be returned to customer's source method at the time of Cancellation and Returns.

16) What to do if GST amount on purchased products comes out to be more than the limit defined by the Govt.?

Ans. We are ready to share all details of GST for your kind perusal and would happily return your money back in case we found any excessive amount being charged due to miscalculation.
